To rent a vehicle you’ll need a valid drivers license, active account with
Tripcity
and the required security deposit.
Most of our vehicles are ready for same day pick up and the reservation process is quick and simple through
Tripcity.
You are the only one authorized to drive the vehicle and will be held 100% liable for any damage or incident that may occur and not be covered by insurance if you allow anyone else to drive. Please be sure to bring your drivers license when picking up the vehicle.
We require a $100 refundable security deposit to be held during your rental. The vehicle is equipped with an EZ-PASS and tolls will be deducted from your deposit as used. When there has been close to or over $50 used for tolls we will contact you to replenish that amount.
Unused deposits will not be refunded if vehicle is returned late, has outstanding rental extensions due or if there are outstanding expenses or minor damage not covered or reimbursable through Tripcity.

Unused deposit funds are refunded 10 days after the end of your rental.
We have mechanics on site weekdays and handle all maintenance and any repairs that may become necessary during your rental.
Unless there is proof that a tire was in poor condition upon start of the rental we are not responsible for tire repairs or replacement. Slow leaks are usually caused by tires being punctured while driving by nails, screws or other debris it now road and can usually be repaired quickly and at minimal cost by any tire shop. Tires that go unrepaired can lead to blowout and will need replacement. Every vehicle had a spare tire, jack and lug wrench so you will have everything needed to change a flat in an emergency.
We require at least a 2 day reservation to get started. If you would like to keep the vehicle longer simply extend through
Tripcity
for an additional day, days, week, or for how ever long you need.
You can keep the vehicle as long as you need as long as payments are made on time, tolls are paid when billed and any tickets we may receive are taken care of when we contact you for payment.

Tripcity.
Rideshare and delivery approved coverage is $26 per day in addition to the daily rental rate.
